NFL: The new Las Vegas Raiders Stadium Revealed – Groundbreaking

The Oakland Raiders broke ground November 13 on their new 65,000-seat domed stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Plans are to have the stadium ready for the 2020 season. For now the team will continue playing in Oakland, California. The San Francisco Bay Area currently has two NFL franchises. The San Francisco 49ers left the city of San Francisco in 2014 for their new stadium in Santa Clara. Levi’s Stadium is in suburban San Jose in the South Bay.
