Two military Mirage jets, taking part in a ceremony, shatter every window of Brazil’s supreme court in Brasilia after creating a shockwave as they fly low over the building.

Brasília

Brasília is capital of Brazil and is located in the Federal District.

Brasília is a new city. President Juscelino Kubitschek issued the order to build the new capital city. Construction started in 1956 and the city opened in 1960. The capital was relocated from Rio de Janeiro to Brasília in 1960.
