Singapore population hits 5.54 million but growth slowest in a decade

There were 3.38 million Singapore citizens as of end June 2015. Together with 0.53 million permanent residents, there were 3.90 million residents.

There were 1.63 million non-residents, including dependants, international students and individuals who are here to work.

Singapore’s total population was 5.54 million.
